BENCHMARKS: What we will learn and be able to do:

  1. Demonstrate how sound can change in pitch and volume.
  2. Compare and contrast the change in length, tension, or thickness of a vibrating object on the frequency of vibration (e.g. string, wire, or rubber band)
  3. Demonstrate that the pitch of a sound is dependent on the frequency of the vibration producing it.
